Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Order Cancellations Orders begin processing immediately after purchase and cannot be cancelled once placed. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return eligibility.
Lost or Missing Packages Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. EarRedLight™ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
